Simple but decadent! This 3-ingredient, 5-minute dessert is rich, satisfying, and creamier than any made with cream cheese, and has fewer carbs. Best of all there is no cooking or freezing involved. It makes a beautiful dessert with fresh strawberries. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten/grain free, sugar free, nut free, low potassium, low sodium, CKD/Renal diet.
Mix all with a small whisk or fork until nice and creamy. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator if made up in advance.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired. This dessert makes an excellent dip for strawberries.
Notes:
• May be made up as multiple servings in advance. Use any flavor sugar free jam or preserves that you have on hand.
