Dark chocolate, toasted almonds, and sea salt—so simple and so good! Customize it to your own individual preferences, and enjoy a special treat just the way you like it.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 4 mini loaf pans or a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread nuts out on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven 4–6 minutes until toasted. Warm a heat-proof bowl at the same time.
Transfer hot almonds immediately to warmed bowl. Add chocolate chips and sea salt. Cover with the baking sheet and let sit for 3 minutes.
Stir together softened chocolate to completely coat nuts. Spread out and press into mini loaf pans for bars, or spread out onto baking sheet for bark. Chill to harden.
