I’ve tested out a few GF banana bread recipes over the years, but this one is my absolute favorite. It is so moist and pretty healthy! Plus, it is easy to make and doesn’t require too many ingredients.
In a blender, mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend on high for 2 minutes.
Pour mixture into baking pan. Add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Remove and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar (and if you’re like me, sprinkle some chocolate chips on too!). Eat up!
