Crispy on the outside and oh so fluffy and cheesy on the inside. You will not believe how good these are. I neve knew you could have everything in a gluten-free biscuit! The hint of herbs adds the perfect touch.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a separate medium size mixing bowl.
Combine the dry with wet ingredients and mix well. Fold in goat cheese carefully.
Using an ice cream scoop, drop biscuits onto baking sheet. Be sure to leave enough space between each biscuit since they will expand in the oven.
Bake on the middle rack in the oven for 12–14 minutes. Mine took about 13 minutes. Once they come out, brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!

You can absolutely use regular milk.

Is it necessary to use almond milk, or could regular milk be substituted without affecting the recipe?
