This 2-minute glaze will brighten up chicken, beef, or pork, and adds no carbs or calories. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free, nut free, Paleo if honey used instead of sugar free syrup.
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over broiled or grilled meat just before the meat is done. Broil or grill just long enough to finish the meat. Be sure to coat and cook brown sides.
Yields 2 tablespoons, or enough to coat 2 pork chops or 2 chicken breasts. Multiply as needed.
