Creamy, chocolatey, nutty delish-iousness. Made by my mom for years and now I’m carrying on the tradition.
In your mixer bowl, break up the candy bar into small pieces and add the marshmallow cream and vanilla. Set aside.
In a large heavy pan over medium heat, dissolve sugar in milk and melted margarine. Stir constantly until it comes to a full rolling boil. Continue stirring and boiling, lowering heat to keep at a steady boil for 10 minutes.
Slowly pour into mixer bowl, beating at the lowest speed for a few minutes. When the hot mixture is combined with the marshmallow and chocolate, beat for 4-5 minutes at a higher speed until creamy smooth. Add nuts until mixed. Pour into a 13×9 pan lined with buttered foil. When set, take foil out of the pan and slice into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 pieces.
