This Honey Cinnamon Pear Mojito makes the best fall cocktail. Bursting with flavor!
Divide mint leaves between glasses. Add 2 lime wedges and 2 tablespoons honey cinnamon syrup to each glass. Use a muddler and gently break up the mint leaves. Fill each glass about halfway full with crushed ice. Add 2 tablespoons lime juice and 2 1/2 ounces rum to each glass and stir to combine. Add sliced pears and top the glass with club soda. Garnish with extra mint leave and enjoy!
For the honey cinnamon syrup:
Combine water and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
