Scrumptious chocolate truffles, and a breeze to make!
Melt the dark chocolate, the semi sweet chocolate and the cream in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. When melted and blended, remove from the heat and add chopped walnuts, mixing well. Pour into a bowl and allow to cool until firm. Then take spoonfuls and roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Put in the freezer for about half an hour until firm and cold. Melt the milk chocolate and dip the chocolate balls in it to coat. Set on waxed paper and allow to harden. Enjoy!
