Arugula and Prosciutto Pizza is sweet and savory all rolled into one. The prosciutto and mozzarella add just the right amount of salty, and the sweet balsamic glaze really takes the flavor over the top.
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Roll out pizza dough and place on a greased cookie sheet. Cook dough for about 7 minutes or until it begins to brown.
Remove from oven and brush with pesto. Top with cheese, pear, and arugula. Cook for 7 minutes more or until cheese melts.
Top with prosciutto and drizzle with both balsamic reductions. Sprinkle with fresh pepper. Serve immediately.
