Heaven in fudge form.
In a large bowl, prepare chocolate, chips and butter pieces. In a large heavy saucepan, add sugar, evaporated milk and 2 1/2 cups marshmallows. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Then, lightly boil for 7 minutes while stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour over chocolate and butter. Stir with a wooden spoon until melted and candy loses its shine, about 3 minutes. Add frozen marshmallows, walnuts and vanilla.
Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 pan and an 8 x 8 pan or a jelly roll pan. Cool for 1 1/2 hours before cutting. Candy may be frozen if stored in an airtight container.
Always keep this refrigerated.
