Open your mind to the infinite possibilities in the barbecue department. You’ll be amazed at how a quick 10-minute sauce can make your plain chicken breasts, or even burgers, the star of the dinner table.
Yields 2 cups.

Dump all ingredients into a medium sauce pot and set over medium heat. Stir and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10–12 minutes to reduce, then remove from heat. Taste, then salt and pepper as needed.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Will keep up to 3 weeks.
