Delicious cookies with jam and chocolate.
Beat butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one by one. Add vanilla and zest, mix. Add flour and mix. The mixture will be very creamy.
Place parchment paper on a baking pan. Fill a pastry bag using the star tip and form cookies in the shape you want. Just make sure they are the same size.
Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes. Place in a plate to cool down.
In the meantime, in a bain marie, melt the chocolate and keep it warm.
Take two cookies and make a sandwich with marmalade or praline inside. Dip only half of it in the melted chocolate and place it in parchment paper to cool down. Enjoy!
