Go ahead slap this on an Italian or French loaf of bread. You’ll enjoy it!
In a bowl, add butter, lemon zest and juice, minced garlic, parsley, and mix well to combine.
To use with bread, preheat oven to the broiler setting. On a clean work surface, slice off the ends of the bread and cut loaf in half lengthwise.
Spread mixture on both halves of bread. Place on a nonstick sheet pan and place in the second position of oven to broil, about 3–4 minutes. Keep an eye on the bread so it doesn’t burn. Remove from oven and slice and serve.
