The chia seeds in these scones adds an extra little crunch—it’s a great way to start the morning!
Preheat oven to 425ºF. In large mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter, eggs, milk, and pumpkin butter until a soft dough forms.
Pat dough into an 8-inch round on a clean, lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 wedges. Transfer wedges to an ungreased baking sheet, spreading them out so they do not touch each other. Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes.
