Description

Unbelievably yummy! These are incredibly simple candies to make, and everyone will be asking how you did it. Creamy, crunchy (it can be both!), and highly addictive!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Salted Peanuts
  • 3 cups Corn Flakes
  • 12 ounces, weight Butterscotch Chips
  • ½ cups Creamy Peanut Butter

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix peanuts and corn flakes.

Melt chips and peanut butter together. Do this by putting them in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 15–20 seconds at a time, stirring well each time until very smooth. I recommend a glass bowl so you can see the chips and peanut butter on the bottom. It should only take 2 or 3 times in the microwave to melt properly. Be very careful not to overheat! Or melt slowly over a double boiler until smooth.

Once melted, pour over the corn flake/peanut mixture and mix well with a strong spoon.

Drop by spoonfuls onto aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate until very firm.
