Chewy Almond Tart you will love. And only 4 ingredients!
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a 9 or 10-inch tart pan with a removable bottom with parchment.
In a food processor, blend almonds until you have almond meal. Add cornstarch and quickly combine. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar with a whisk for about 1–2 minutes. Add almond mixture.
Spread batter evenly in the tart pan and bake for 22–30 minutes or until lightly golden on top; mine took about 27 minutes. Allow to cool slightly or completely before serving.
