Here’s a very easy and delicious muffin recipe. You can substitute some ingredients for a healthier option, such as coconut oil instead of canola. You can also use honey instead of white sugar or just decrease the amount of sugar.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or use paper liners.
In a bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until combined.
In a separate bowl, beat egg and add milk, oil, vanilla extract and bananas. Stir until combined.
Add flour mixture to wet mixture. Stir to combine; do not over-mix.
Pour batter into muffin tins and add 1 teaspoon Nutella on each muffin butter. Using a toothpick, slowly and gently cut and swirl Nutella in the batter. Make pretty swirls.
Bake for 17 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
