Description

Delicious butter that’s great on so many baked goods. It is always available in my refrigerator!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Lightly Salted Butter, Softened
  • 5 ounces, weight Canned Crushed Pineapple With Natural Juices
  • ¼ cups Coconut Flakes
  • 16 ounces, weight Unsalted (Natural) Whole Almonds

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add softened butter and crushed pineapples with juices. Stir well. Add coconut flakes and mix well. Set aside.

In a blender or food processor, add almonds. Pulse several times and process until you have small pieces. Transfer to mixing bowl and combine well. Store in an airtight jar (I used a Mason jar with a lid) and refrigerate until ready to use.

We love this on top of waffles, pancakes, and so many baked goods. I always have this available in my home year round. Hope you will enjoy!
