It’s like having hot apple cider but in cake form!
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a 10-cup bundt pan.
In the bowl of stand mixer, beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined.
In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl or other container, combine apple cider and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternately with cider, mixing until well blended.
Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes in pan before removing to a cake stand or plate.
