Easy to make healthy probiotic ketchup recipe. Tastes great and promotes youthful skin and a vibrant, healthy body.
You will also need a clean 8 ounce size glass jar with lid.
In a medium-sized bowl combine water with culture starter and stir together until well blended. Add all the remaining ingredients into the bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour into the glass jar and cover with a loose fitting lid. Set on the counter out of direct sunlight for 2-3 days to ferment. Then place it in the fridge. It’s ready to enjoy!
Notes: I recommend the tomato paste in the glass container instead of canned, because the acidity of the tomato leaches unwanted chemicals from cans.
