These Chocolate Cinnamon Quesadillas are crisp, sweet and divine! They take only minutes to make!
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
Lay your tortillas on your work surface. Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips, ½ tablespoon of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon on half of each tortilla. Fold the tortillas in half and put them into the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes. Flip the tortillas and cook the other side for another 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
Cut them into triangles with a pizza cutter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
