Incredibly simple, most delicious use of rhubarb. I never come home with leftovers. Great warm from the oven or served cold, with Cool Whip or ice cream.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare cake according to package directions. Distribute rhubarb over cake mix. Sprinkle sugar and jello over the rhubarb. Finally, pour the whipping cream over the top of the cake.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean. Allow to cool slightly, serve with Cool Whip or ice cream and enjoy! Please, go back for seconds.
