A thick and sweet all-natural jam made with fresh berries, honey and chia seeds.
Add berries, lemon juice and honey into a large saucepan over medium heat. With a spoon or a fork, mash the fruit while stirring. After about 7 minutes, add chia seeds and cook for another 2 minutes. Take pan off the heat and let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes. Put it into a storage container and refrigerate for up to two weeks. The jam thickens while it cools.
