These Chocolate Truffles are quite yummy, as well as super fast and easy to make. Enjoy!
In a large sauce pan (over medium-low heat), melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Transfer the mixture into a medium bowl. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours or until firm.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in dark cocoa powder. Enjoy!!

Very yummy! Quick, easy and versatile – we rolled them not only in cocoa, but also in confectioner’s sugar, mini M&Ms, granulated sugar, jimmies and chopped nuts! Thanks for the recipe!

Love these…they will be a perfect compliment to the chocolate covered pretzels I am doing for the holiday gift baskets this year. I also love your blog! Your aspiration to live your life according to I Corinthians 10:31 makes me want to rethink my own for the Proverbs 31 woman! I Corinthians seems so much more fullfilling! LOL
