Description

This spicy and slightly smoky hummus makes a great snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Canned Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • ¾ cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • ¾ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • ½ cups Water
  • Pita Chips Or Vegetables, For Serving

Preparation

In a high speed blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients except the water. Turn the blender or food processor on and slowly add in the water until the hummus becomes smooth and creamy.

Serve the hummus immediately with pita chip or vegetables, or refrigerate until you are ready to use it.
