This is a great pumpkin bread that’s sweet enough for dessert but not so sweet that you can’t have it for breakfast!
Mix sugar, pumpkin, oil, eggs and water, just until well blended. Add dry ingredients—do not beat.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

My 12 year old and I made this bread and it turned out great! Everyone gobbled it up!
