I just love this chili. The left-overs the next day are great to boot! Enjoy!
Saute Onion and Garlic in olive oil. Layer all the above ingredients in order into a slow cooker.
Cook in slow cooker on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours.
Garnish with Sour Cream, Monterrey Jack cheese, Tortilla chips and Jalapenos.
