Description

This pound cake is moist and tasty with a little bit of crunch on top. There is a secret ingredient in it that makes it so moist! Quick to throw together and easy to serve with a variety of toppings or none at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Butter Recipe Cake Mix, 18 To 20 Ounce Box
  • ¾ cups Sugar Plus Extra For Sprinkling Into The Bottom Of The Pan
  • ¾ cups Oil (I Use Canola)
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 container Snack Pack Vanilla Pudding (3.5 Ounce Container; Typically Sold In A 4-pk) This Is The Secret Ingredient!

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick spray with flour and sprinkle with a generous amount of sugar. Set pan aside.

Using a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into the cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake at 350 F for about 50 minutes or according to your oven (a little more or a little less). That’s all there is to it!
