Gorge on yummy and nutritious Healthy Oats with Fruits.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave oats for 1 minute. Add milk and microwave 2-3 minutes. Add sugar powder or honey to taste. Serve hot. Garnish with fresh and/or dry fruit.
To prepare this on the stove, take a pan and roast oats over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil. Add dry fruit and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add sugar powder or only honey, to taste. Add fresh fruit and serve hot.
