Oh man. These rolls are utterly and completely delicious. While I think many different jelly or jam flavors would work well with this, there’s something about the bitterness of the marmalade that gives these rolls their special edge.
Roll out dough into a long rectangle. Spread marmalade over the top. Pour on butter, and then sprinkle on the brown sugar evenly. Sprinkle with salt.
Beginning at the long side farthest from you, roll the dough in a long roll toward you; begin careful to keep it tucked tightly. Pinch edge to seal.
Cut rolls into 1 to 1 1/2 inch rolls and place into buttered pans. Allow to rise for at least 20 minutes.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown (but not overly brown).
While baking, mix together the ingredients for the orange glaze, thinning with more milk or orange juice to make mixture thin enough to be pourable.
Immediately drizzle orange glaze over the top. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Have to try, stumbled on this recipe while searching for a copy cat recipe for the Orange Blossom rolls served at Old Country Buffet.
I’m thinking if these were baked separately on a sheet pan, maybe give them a squish down to make them a little flatter and bigger around they’d come close. Schmer with marmalade when they come out and just a little frosting drizzle. Oh no, here comes another idea, what if they were baked with a little streusel on top then the marmalade when they come out……my minds is racing at the possibilites. A sprinkle of chopped toasted pecans tossed with cinnamon!!! Ahhhh!!!!

OMG! You are killing me! I want these right now… at 10 pm…in my pj’s….with no hope of ingredients needed or know-how to tackle yeast-based bread products. My family may be subjected to never before tested recipes for the holidays…..my husband cringes when I experiment with guests over….wish me luck this weekend!
