This vibrant green spinach hummus is healthy and packs a flavorful punch. It’s perfect as a snack or add it to your next meal.
Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. If the hummus is too thick, slowly add in a little more water until desired consistency is reached.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for no more than a week.
