Quick, easy and bursting with blueberries!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
For the berries: Fill the bottom of the pie pan with a layer of blueberries. Sprinkle with sugar.
For the topping: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, flour, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix well and spread over the blueberries.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
