A delightful tropical sundae.
Add orange juice, honey and cornstarch into a small saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally. Slowly bring liquid to a boil. When it hits a boil remove pan from heat and set aside.
Add coconut flakes and butter into a skillet over medium heat and toast lightly, just until golden.
Grab your bowl and layer it with banana, ice cream and toasted coconut. Pour orange juice glaze over everything. Devour immediately.
