This marinade is great on flat iron or flank steak. It is best to let the meat marinade in this mixture for at least 2 hours, but for no more than 8. It is a family favorite!
Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a large zip top bag. Add meat of your choice. This will be enough marinade for a 2-3 pound flank steak or 8-10 pork chops. Seal bag and put it into the refrigerator. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours but no more than 8, turning at least once during the process.
If using flank steak, I recommend grilling at a very high heat, searing each side of the steak for 6-8 minutes depending on thickness of steak and how you prefer your meat cooked.
