Don’t pay attention to the stick of butter you are using. Or the 2 packages of cream cheese (no fat-free here please). The calories are TOTALLY worth it!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spread 1 can of crescent rolls into a 9×13 pan. Mix together cream cheese, vanilla extract and 1 cup sugar. Spread over the rolls that you pressed into the pan. Cover with the other can of rolls. Melt butter and add in the rest of the sugar and the teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour butter/sugar mixture over the top and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

I just tried this at a friend’s house the other night.. soooo rich and delicious. I was surprised when she told me the crust was crescent rolls!
