Moist, delicious coffee cake studded with cinnamon chips with a nutty topping and a chooped nut, cinnamon and sugar layer hidden inside.
Cream butter, sugar, and sour cream. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; mix well. Fold in cinnamon chips.
Make topping by combining chopped nuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 350ºF and thoroughly grease a bundt pan.
In the bottom of the bundt pan, put about 1/3 of topping mixture, then a layer of half of the cake batter. Sprinkle with the remaining topping. Finish with remaining cake batter.
Bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes then carefully flip onto cake plate.
