The yummiest, butteriest chocolate frosting ever! I don’t like cake, unless is has this frosting on top.
In a mixer, beat butter and salt for about 2 minutes, until light and fluffy. Slowly beat in powdered sugar. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Add the chocolate and beat until incorporated. Don’t over-mix. If frosting is not spreadable, add milk 1 teaspoon at a time.
Frosting will be firm if refrigerated, and softer at room temperature.
