A super easy holiday confection!!
Prepare an 8×8″ pan by spraying with cooking spray and laying a piece of wax paper inside the pan with the edges hanging out.
Finely chop the chocolate and place in a large bowl. Melt it in the microwave at 1 minute intervals stirring in between and continuing until almost melted. Stir at the end to finish melting and to make sure it is smooth. Add the marshmallows and nuts and stir to combine.
Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate until set. Lift it out of the pan using the wax paper “handles”. Cut into 1″ squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
