Description

I love s’mores and this cupcake has the marshmallow-chocolate taste that reminds me of them. I made these for my son’s monthly bake sale fund raiser and believe me, not all of them made it to the bake sale!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 1/2 Oz. Size) Fudge Cake Mix
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • ⅓ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 18 whole Regular Size Marshmallows
  • 18 whole Hershey's Kisses, Unwrapped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl mix cake mix with the eggs, water, and oil, per box directions. (Your cake mix may vary, so use the amount of water, eggs and oil specified in your box directions.) Put the batter into cupcake pan(s).

Bake cupcakes at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Remove cupcakes from the oven and press a marshmallow into the center. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 4 minutes.

Remove cupcakes from the oven and wait 1-2 minutes. Top with an unwrapped Kiss.
