Don’t let the low sugar, low fat fool you. This version of banana pudding is very creamy and smooth. And it’s healthy for those who are watching sugar levels (i.e. diabetics).
Mix the box of instant pudding with milk. Whisk together until it reaches pudding consistency.
Then add sour cream and Cool Whip; fold into the pudding.
Line a pan with vanilla wafers and bananas. Pour the pudding mix over the wafers and bananas. (Pan size will vary depending on whether you want one layer of pudding, cookies, and bananas or if you want several layers.)
