This is a recreation of a yummy Starbucks drink. But it is really healthy and low calorie! It is a winning recipe! Only 45 calories for the whole recipe!
1. In a cup, mix coffee granules and water until combined. Pour coffee mixture into a shallow container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2. Once coffee is frozen, let it thaw on the counter for 5 minutes. Then break it into smaller pieces. (I stabbed mine with a knife.) Then, place frozen coffee pieces into a blender with the milk, vanilla, Stevia and cocoa powder. Blend until combined.
