Chocolate Fudge Cake

Description
This is an easy chocolate cake with a twist.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 1-½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1-½ teaspoon Salt
- 1-½ cup Sugar
- ¾ cups Vegetable Oil
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 can Applesauce
- ¾ cups Cocoa
- ⅔ cups Hot Water
- 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
Mix together the flour, soda, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center of the flour mix and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, eggs, and applesauce. Pour into the well and stir well. In another bowl make a paste with the cocoa, hot water and vanilla. Stir the paste into the other ingredients. This recipe can be placed in a 9×13 cake pan or a bundt cake pan. Make sure the pan is greased and floured. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
