Cornbread with the perfect amount of sweetness.
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease the bottom and sides of your pan. I used an 8×8 inch pan.
Mix milk, butter and egg in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Pour batter into pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
