This is a really moist chocolate cake. The best chocolate cake I have ever had! And pretty easy to make, too! Complete with my Chocolate Powder Sugar Frosting recipe.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients, minus the coffee.
3. Heat coffee until boiling, then add to the batter. Stir until just mixed.
4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool.
5. Once cake is cool, frost with Chocolate Powder Sugar Frosting (separate recipe).
