That’s right, I did. You should too.
Simple combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Place mixture into a pastry bag with a fine tip or in a baggie and cut one corner off.
On a Silpat mat or parchment paper lined baking sheet, place little dollops of the peanut butter mixture. It will be soft and gooey. Make them a little bigger than the size of a chocolate chip.
Once you’ve made all of your little chips, place baking sheet into freezer. Freeze at least 25 minutes, or until you’re ready to use. Store in freezer if you have any left.
These are addicting! They are perfect for cookies or bars, and work just as well to eat alone.

Hey cool! I had recently seen some little ‘add-in’ type crunchy flavor bit things to add to baked goods on the King Arthur Flour website, but had never thought to make my own! Awesome idea. Thanks!
