These Brazilian truffles get a remake, made cold for summertime!
Pour the sweetened condensed milk, milk and cocoa powder into a large saucepan. Put the saucepan over a medium heat and stir gently for twenty minutes. Then, turn off the heat and pour in the heavy cream. While doing that, do not stop stirring the mixture until all is combined. Pour the still hot Brigadeiro into ramekins or little bowls (as you wish). Put them in the fridge for three hours.
