What a great recipe! Even the tomato hating members of my family loved it. I used the juice of a whole lime and used 1 very ripe tomato and over a pint of grape tomatoes. I used a large bunch of cilantro and I think that’s what really pulls it together. I will be making this all summer. Thanks Ree for a simple and easy, but oh so delicious recipe!

Haha I agree with the first reviewer! I always make this when we’re having Mexican and think “whoa, there’s no way we’ll get through all of this.” Yet every time, the bowl is cleaned out! So nice and refreshing, I always add more than half a lime’s worth of juice though

Occassionally I chop up several Avacados in mine and I always add a 1 serrano pepper it adds a different kind of heat. Pat
