This fudge was a gift from a friend. She was kind enough to share the recipe with me.
In a large saucepan, combine chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and sweetened condensed milk. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla and pecans. Fold in caramels.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan. Cool in refrigerator, then cut into small squares.
