A wholesome, healthier version of delectable blueberry muffins!
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Mix dry ingredients together, then add in egg, milk, and butter. Gently fold in berries and spoon into 12 muffin cups. If desired, sprinkle extra cinnamon/sugar on top. Bake for 20 minutes (or less; don’t let them get really brown).
Note: The original recipe (from my mom) called for 1 cup of berries, but I like 1 1/2 cups. It will seem like a lot, but if you love berries, you’ll love it!
