A twist on the familiar peanut butter cup!
To prepare filling, mix together cookie spread, softened butter, confectioner’s sugar and salt until well combined.
Melt chocolate, separately, in the microwave until completely smooth.
To begin, line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners. Add a teaspoonful of white chocolate to the bottom of each cup. Roll the cookie spread into a teaspoon size ball and place on top of chocolate. Spoon chocolate over filing until the cupcake wrapper is filled. Complete with remaining spread and chocolate. Repeat process with semi sweet chocolate.
Refrigerate until set.
